We clear gutters from the ground using high-reach vacuum kit where access is tight, and from ladders or scaffolding for trickier jobs. Every job comes with photos before and after, plus a written note of any issues we spotted - cracked joints, slipped brackets, sagging runs - and a fixed price to put them right.

How often should gutters be cleaned?
For most Devon homes, once a year is enough - usually late autumn after the leaves have come down. If you've got overhanging trees or a moss-prone roof, twice a year is sensible.Do you need access to the loft or roof?
No. We work from the ground or ladders for most properties. Where access is genuinely tricky we'll discuss it before we start - no surprises.What if you find something broken?
