No. Estimates are free. We always prefer to meet face to face before starting any work - it's a chance to walk through what's needed, agree a plan, and lock in a price up front. Most customers say it gives them peace of mind on cost.

Yes. The minimum visit charge covers the first hour of labour on site, and additional time is billed by the half hour after that. For a bigger list of jobs, we offer a discounted day rate for bookings over 6 hours. Exact figures are quoted on request when you get in touch.
